XRF screening on receipt, fire assay as the referee method. KYC, OFAC screening, and assay sign-off are completed before any metal enters the refining pool — a hard stop, by design.

Automated Moebius cells

PLC-controlled electrolytic refining runs continuously, producing high-purity silver crystal with full batch traceability from intake lot to poured bar.

Your metal, your terms

Toll clients receive .999+ fine silver back against a transparent per-ounce fee. Outright purchase available for qualifying material, priced against verified melt value.

Actual settlement reflects assay results and agreed terms. 90% coin: for U.S. junk silver quoted by face value, $1.00 face ≈ 0.715 ozt fine.

Thesis

Major refiners are backlogged on silver intake or processing at spreads above 1%. Keter enters as a regional refiner on automated Moebius electrolytic cells, leading with toll refining — client-owned metal, per-ounce fee, near-zero metal working capital, no price risk — while building toward institutional accreditation (COMEX brand approval, LBMA Good Delivery) as the Year 2–3 destination.

Vendor quotes: Balestri cell volume specs (drives electrolyte silver charge, est. $122K–$487K swing) and scrubber engineering.
Accreditation pathway: COMEX/LBMA, 18–36 months, run in parallel with operations.
ERP decision: purpose-built refinery ERP vs. custom internal tracker with client portal.

Compliance architecture

All AML controls — KYC, OFAC screening, Form 8300 procedures, assay sign-off — complete before metal enters the commingled electrolytic pool. This hard stop at intake is what makes unattended weekend processing defensible to insurers, AML examiners, and safety regulators. Two-ledger recordkeeping: lot-level intake records plus pool/production batch traceability. BSA/AML manual drafted, pending counsel review; MSB status and Form 8300 cash-equivalent determinations pending.
